Very pleasant to deal with.

Excellent customer service. Everything was done in a timely manner

They were so nice and patient and understanding. They treated me like I had been a long time client not someone from out of town showing up out of the blue. The service people listened to me and explained very clearly what was going on.

Fast and great service

Prices were too expensive. Over 300 for an oil change tire rotation and windshield wiper blades

It took a while for my truck to be served 45 min. Once it was taken in it didn't take too long. Pleased with the service. My normal Chevrolet dealership I go to, the tire rotation goes with the oil change, no specials or coupons. Rotation of tires with oil change. Just depends on the dealership but means a lot. I'll have to wait for the next oil change to get my tires rotated.

The whole experience was perfect!

Everyone was friendly and professional. Seems like volunteer chevy is doing a better job hiring people that are customer service focused. It was not always the case. I am glad Gary finally realized that even though he is he the only game in town, Knoxville is only a 30 minute drive

My experience went very well. I had one issue. I told them about it and they addressed it and I am very satisfied with the completion of the work.
