Brought our Truck in on a Sunday Evening to be completed by MONDAY, was not ready...Told would be ready on Tuesday again, called around 1 to 2 pm and told not ready, questioned why...Told a large turnover and not enough Staff, this was beyond scary and why were we not informed at the onset of scheduling the appointment...Around 4:30pm same evening called and told our truck was complete and ready...go figure this out...arrived after Service Department closed and the Sales Department had our keys...never an explanation...How would you feel as a Customer...No Contact nor any Explanations...

They didn't service my vehicle for 3hrs after having a 7:30am appointment. I ended up leaving at 1030 because they lied to me and said they could start on it around 9am. The service guy said he had someone quit. So they kept on taking other people's cars that were behind me. Very poor excuse of a dealership.
