Our oil change was 100.00 it was for a oil change and to change a air filter. I thought that was excessive when I googled a air filter and it was around 14.00 not 47.00. He did give us 10.00 off where I had a coupon. I appreciate that.We had always done 79.00 one and even though it was higher than goin to Walmart we trust you guys, but the price hike is a lot, andhe did work with us some what and I do appreciate that. But they forgot to replace the back windshield wiper as well.

I got everything that I wanted in a truck, and these salespeople were very, very nice.

Brought our Truck in on a Sunday Evening to be completed by MONDAY, was not ready...Told would be ready on Tuesday again, called around 1 to 2 pm and told not ready, questioned why...Told a large turnover and not enough Staff, this was beyond scary and why were we not informed at the onset of scheduling the appointment...Around 4:30pm same evening called and told our truck was complete and ready...go figure this out...arrived after Service Department closed and the Sales Department had our keys...never an explanation...How would you feel as a Customer...No Contact nor any Explanations...
