Service writers were great. Alex the tech who worked on my truck was great. He came out and we took my truck for a ride everything checked out. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable.

It was very disappointing that we now have to pay you extra for the use of a credit card. People just don't carry cash with them anymore, especially for bigger purchases like this.
I know that this is the trend, but don't you have to pay the bank for fees too?
Ridiculous!!!

Marvin was outstanding. He was patient and not overbearing like a lot of salesman. I have been to several dealerships recently and Volunteer Chevrolet was top notch. I knew as soon as I walked in that I wanted to purchase a vehicle there. The quality of vehicles, cleanliness and professionalism made a huge impact in our decision. Volunteer Chevrolet takes pride in customer service. Would recommend to anyone!

Get my vehicle shortly after the lunch hour 1 PM to replace left front TPS sensor. Just wish the part was a little more reasonable with the price more like $100 or $89 before labor cost.

I enjoy doing business with Volunteer; I really like the people. HOWEVER COMMA: When I call for the price of an oil change; I am told $39.99. I am prepared to pay $39.99. The entire process was good and people quite kind UNTIL check out. $71?? How did we go from $39.99 to $71? Did yall get me some special oil for an old grandma?? "Well, ma'am, there's parts and shop fees." I was quoted $39.99." No response. Total silence.
Roll through oil changes are about a third more than the $71, BUT they tell you the TOTAL when you inquire! Shame on yall! You still had the lowest price, but I left feeling pretty disgusted by a misquote and silence.
