Starts with an understandable, friendly Service writer. I never have to worry. Easy in and easy out.

All service writers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have a lot of mileage on my truck and pamper it with service and these service writers keep me on the right track. When you walk into the dealership you warmly greeted by Tina who is a great addition . I will continue to use volunteer Chevrolet for my service needs. Greg maclellan

They did a excellent job with the service and they was quick getting the truck back to me.

Even tho I had appointment, took 3 hours for oil change and tire rotate. I think that is a little too long as I am a working man.

I was not aware my console needed to be emptied or inbound have done that.. they threw everything on the floor in the back all over the place. Which indidnt know until I went to get my glasses and found my console emptied. The old saying take something put it back where you found it.. this needs to be applied to the service peeps. I shouldn't have to clean up my car after I get it back, nor put all the seats back in their positions, clean my windshield from all the fingerprints and smudges

The entire service staff at Volunteer Chevrolet went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was properly serviced. Kevin at the check-in desk helped me find the tires I needed for the vehicle and ordered them. He also incorporated coupons and dealer discounts into the estimate and final bill. The tires I needed were shipped to the dealer in less than 24 hours! My vehicle was scheduled to be serviced and later that week it was properly taken care of. The bill matched the estimate. The amount of time they thought it would take to service the SUV was four hours for tire replacement, front sway bar links, and four wheel alignment. It took three hours start to finish. The vehicle handled well right out of the dealer. Additionally, the receptionist let us know there were treats and coffee and hot chocolate available in the waiting room. On our way out, two salesmen wished us a good day. The cashier took care of processing the payment very efficiently. All in all, I am very satisfied with this trip to the dealer.
