Well it was another great evening here at Volunteer Chevrolet. You can’t imagine the excitement of seeing a parking lot full of Corvettes pulling into the dealership while the local Police Department held traffic at bay with lights going and stadium director lights pointing the way. It kinda takes your breath away.

Yes sir, we had a great time, good food and plenty of fellowship to go around. One thing you can say about Corvette people, there is no lagging in conversation. If you join a new group, all you need to pick up on is what part of the Corvette their talking about and you’re ready to join in. I have to tell you that we had people in all shapes, sizes and ages, take for instance Walter Ahrens who is 93 and still sharp as the Corvette he drove. Maybe he’s on to something, you think?

All in all the Corvette Expo was a resounding success and we’re proud to have been a sponsor. We want to thank all those that made the trip to Sevierville and those who live in this great area. Also, we’d like to offer a special thanks to the City of Sevierville and the Sevierville Police Department for their efforts in making this a great evening.
